Processing & Delivery Time

Customs & Import Duties

Our product prices do not include customs duties or import taxes.

These charges are determined by your country’s customs and border control and are based on the value of your order.

The recipient is responsible for any customs-related charges once the package arrives in their country.

Address Correction Fee

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including any apartment or unit numbers.

If you request an address change after the order has shipped, a USD 13.50 fee will apply.

This fee covers penalties and rerouting costs charged by our delivery providers.
Refund & Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Eligibility for a Return
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products.
- How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, please contact us at necessarybeauty254@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as sale items, gift cards, or perishable goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Important Notice for USA Customers (FDA Regulations)
To comply with United States FDA regulations regarding cosmetic imports, all shipments entering the USA require a “Prior Notice” filing to ensure consumer safety.
A mandatory processing fee of Ksh 2,000 is automatically applied to all orders shipping to the United States. This fee covers the regulatory filing required by the U.S. government to clear your products through customs without delay.
